What is energyplus care?
Energyplus Care is a scheme for vulnerable customers who are worried about being cold because of acute housing, health or income issues.

What does the scheme offer?
• 20% discount on current fuel prices
• Free energy efficiency advice
• Possibility of free energy efficiency measures from low energy light bulbs to an ‘A’ rated fridge
• Possibility of a benefits entitlement check

How do customers qualify?
Each customer will be assessed individually by one of Southern Electric’s efficiency advisers to determine the amount of help they need.
