Star Rewards

Criteria for the Star Rewards' membership is as follows*

You have kept your rent account clear or in credit for at least eight weeks

You have an agreement to pay your rent arrears and have kept to that agreement for at least eight weeks

Membership may be suspended and benefits withdrawn if you fail to pay your rent and/or any arrears, or you breach the terms of the tenancy agreement

Membership is reviewed monthly so if you do not currently meet the criteria you could do soon, if you aim to do all of the above
