Community alarm scheme

Cross Keys Homes provides a 24-hour emergency community alarm service known as Lifeline. It is available every day of the year and covers a 50-mile radius of Peterborough.

As part of the alarm service, you have a special button or wear a pendant. If you need help, you simply press the button or pendant, which automatically contacts our 24-hour control centre.

Fully-trained operators will assess the situation and decide what type of help you need. This could be one of the emergency services, a family member or our 24-hour mobile warden service.

Lifeline benefits anyone who feels vulnerable living at home and can help support people of all ages. For example, it can help young children with severe asthma or epilepsy, disabled people and people with illnesses such as multiple sclerosis or motor neurone disease.

Lifeline works in your home and garden providing peace of mind 24-hours-a-day.
