Reporting a repair

When reporting a repair during normal office hours (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday) you can choose from five different repair appointment slots:

  • All day access - 8am to 6.30pm
  • Am - 8am to 1pm
  • Pm - noon to 6.30pm
  • The school run 9.30am to 2.30pm
  • Saturday 8am to 1pm

    You can report repairs to our repairs centre or to any of our area offices. If you need a repair, please contact us as soon as possible.

    By telephone
    You can report your repair to our repairs freephone number: 0800 3282742 number during office hours, or by using the telephone phone booths in our area offices. For emergencies out of office hours please contact the same freephone number.

    By post
    You can write to our repairs centre. Please give us your name, address and phone number, and as much detail about the repair as possible including:

    • the address where the repair is needed;
    • the type of repair;
    • where the repair is needed; and
    • when it is convenient for a contractor or an inspector to call.

    If you have a disability, please tell us anything we need to know.
